31.01.2009 In January the SBI Ladies Club donated a music system to St. Stephen’s School
02.02.2009 On 2nd February 6 chairs, 6 tables, 2 cupboards and 1 water filter were donated to St. Stephen’s School from State Bank of India, Corporate Centre.
02.03.2009 Rs. 20,000/- was donated to Dr. Nair Hospital for providing life saving medicines to a young girl
03.04.2009 Rs. 35,000/- provided to Dr. Nair Hospital for patients needy of vital injections and medicines.

Rs. 11,000/- was donated to the Kherwadi Welfare Association which provides vocational training to economically weaker women.
03.07.2009 In July 2009 a cheque for Rs.50,000/- was given to Mrs. Mrinalini Kher of the Kherwadi Welfare Association for vocational training programmes for women.
14.07.2009 Books, pencils and pens were given to the St. Joseph’s Home and Nursery.
21.08.2009 Rs. 55,000/- was donated to the Nair Hospital in aid of essential medicines and injections to needy patients.
22.08.2009 On the 22nd of August 2009, Rs. 62,000/- was donated to the St. Stephen’s school for tuition fees for 10 girl children for the year.
10.10.2009 In October, Headphones were donated to the Blind School students, as well as a Brailler at a cost of Rs.10,000/- for the visually impaired.

Snacks were distributed to the inmates of the King George’s Memorial Hospice, in October.
16.11.2009 On the 16th of November Rs. 50,000/- was donated to the Nair Hospital towards medicines and treatment for poor patients. A water cooler was provided to the inmates of the King George’s Memorial Hospice.

14th November Children’s Day – notebooks, pencil boxes, pens alongwith biscuits and éclairs were distributed to around 300 students of the BMC school at Mahalaxmi.
10.12.2009 In December, 2009 members participated in a function organized by the Mumbai LHO and distributed bags containing water bottles to the children of the Cancer Society.
04.02.2010 In February, 2010 a pair of crutches were given to an inmate of Anand Niketan.
04.04.2010 In April, 2010 Rs. 70,000/- was donated to the Nair Hospital for medicines and treatment.
05.05.2010 In May, a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- was donated to the Tata Memorial Hospital for medicines to cancer patients.

In May, a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- was donated to the Nair Hospital for adoption of a bed. Rs. 58,000/- was given for buying equipment to render assistance to autistic children.

Kherwadi Foundation was recipient of Rs. 50,000/- for conducting vocational training programs for men and women of the economically weaker sections.
08.06.2010 Dr. Nair Hospital uses Rs. 10,000/- (out of the corpus Rs. 1,50,000/-) every month. In that order Rs. 10,000/- was used in May 2010 for treating 2 patients with renal disorders, in June, 2010 it was used for a heart operation.

In June dictionaries were distributed to the adopted girl children of the Abhyudaya School and Seva Sadan Trust School.
11.08.2010 August being the month of rains is also the time for tree plantation programmes.

One was a tree plantation event organized in the Byculla School where all members participated. A similar one was organized at the Agripada BMC School.
29.09.2010 Rs. 17,500/- was given to the Vaatsalya Trust for 6 ceiling fans and 3 steel cupboards for the children there.
19.10.2010 There was a tree plantation program organized by the Mumbai LHO at Lonavla where members of SBI Ladies Club Mumbai and Pune participated.

A sum of Rs. 15,000/- was given to the YMCA for providing vocational training to 16 women – in tailoring, training for beauty parlour, mehndi, embroidery and advanced tailoring.
13.06.2012 It is Ladies’ Club tradition to observe Bank Day with Tree Plantation. This was the first Ladies’ Club event of the year. We decided to plant saplings of fruit trees this year at Dunedin and Kinellan. Chickoo, jamun and anar saplings alongwith neem were planted.
07.09.2012 Members of the Ladies’ Club visited Adapt, an organization that works with spastic children and aims to create an inclusive society where everybody can live and work together.
05.11.2012 As part of regular charitable activities, the SBI Ladies’ Club donated to Jeevan Aadhar Seva Sanstha (JASS) in Khar, Mumbai four pedestal fans, forty 3’x6’ mattresses, 40 single bedsheets with pillow-cases and food-grains.
